Building an AI platform strategy for my current company. Evaluating cloud vendors’ AI capabilities to bring the platform to life. Designing the evaluation strategy that the platform will be measured against.

Side Projects

Upgrading my home network architecture with UniFi. Testing Karpathy’s autoresearch project on the GPU in my workshop. Contributing to claude-code plugin for session management.

Learning

Fine-tuning Gemma. Exploring Gemma 4’s capabilities. Working through data strategies for AI — what the data layer needs to look like for a reliable platform.
